In general, the different insignia on Finnish tanks, both during and after World War II, were as follows: on tanks, the national emblem was displayed on the sides and the back of the turret. The emblem sometimes was displayed on the front of the hull, normally over the left fender. The tank's registration number was found in the centre of the back and front, sometimes in the front on the right, above or below the machine gun or driver port. When without a turret, the national emblem was displayed on the hull sides and sometimes the front. Colour schemes: Russian green, a camouflage of dull black, grey and light olive.
