The American Louis Marx and Company released its first set of the Vikings in the series "Marx Miniature Sculptured Figures" in 1956. In 1962, the Vikings entered the famous series "Warriors of the World". These figures have their own names and brief biographies. They were made of hard plastic in Hong Kong, and they were painted at the factory and sold individually in boxes with inserts. In 1977, the set of 8 figures of the Vikings produced by the Donetsk Toys Factory went on sale in the USSR.
