Usage: Do not shake, and pour out slowly to avoid bubble formation. To obtain the “Cell" effect, ad two drops of Silicone Oil Cell Medium to a mixture of 15 ml of Pouring Medium and 15 ml of Fluid Color. Pour mixture on surface and apply heat using a kitchen blow torch at distance of 20 cm.
