Vickers 6-Ton Light Tank Alt B Late Production – Full Interior

Riich Models CV35A011 is a 1:35 scale plastic model kit of the British Vickers 6-Ton light tank, representing the late-production Alt B variant. The kit features a detailed full interior, making it possible to build the model with open hatches and display the internal compartments and equipment of the vehicle.

The single-turret Type B was developed as an export version of the Vickers Mark E. The kit includes detailed components for the hull, running gear, turret and interior, together with photo-etched parts, decals and plastic tracks. The marking options represent vehicles associated with Bulgaria, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Vickers 6-Ton Light Tank

The Vickers 6-Ton, also known as the Vickers Mark E or Vickers E, was a British light tank developed in the late 1920s. The prototype was completed in 1928. Although originally offered to the British Army, it was not adopted for domestic service and was instead developed primarily as an export product.

The tank was produced in two principal configurations. The Type A featured two small turrets, while the Type B was equipped with a single turret armed with a 47 mm gun. In the export version, the turret was positioned on the left side of the hull and the central hull section was shortened.

The Vickers 6-Ton achieved considerable export success and was used by numerous countries, including Bulgaria, Thailand, Poland, Finland, Estonia, the Soviet Union, Greece and Japan. The design also influenced the development of other armoured vehicles, most notably the Polish 7TP and the Soviet T-26.
