A 1:35 scale set depicting a U.S. tank crew loading ammunition. It includes four figures in natural working poses, tank shells, and ammunition crates. The set allows you to enhance a diorama showing vehicle refueling, rearming, and the crew's daily routine.
U.S. tank crews during World War II did more than just fight. Replenishing ammunition supplies was a fundamental task when preparing the vehicle for further operations. Shells were carried by hand—either individually or in crates—and their efficient delivery to the tank directly impacted the unit's ability to continue the fight.
This was particularly important for tanks like the M4 Sherman, which consumed significant amounts of ammunition during intense combat. Scenes depicting the crew loading ammunition are excellent additions to dioramas featuring WWII-era U.S. armored vehicles, illustrating one of the less spectacular yet essential aspects of their daily operation.
The figures require painting according to the chosen uniform variant and operational conditions.
The kit does not include paints. The kit is designed for self-assembly and requires gluing and painting. Glue is not included.
