The Potez 631 was a French twin-engine heavy fighter developed in the late 1930s as part of the Potez 63 family of aircraft. Designed for multi-role use, it served primarily as a night fighter and interceptor.
The aircraft entered service with the French Air Force in 1938 and saw combat during the Battle of France in 1940. After the armistice, some aircraft continued to operate under Vichy French control.
The Potez 631 was produced from 1938 to 1940 and operated during the early phase of World War II.
