The AH-1Z Viper is a twin-engine attack helicopter developed for the United States Marine Corps as an evolution of the AH-1 Cobra family.
The design is derived from the AH-1W SuperCobra but has been extensively modernized, featuring advanced avionics, improved observation and targeting systems, and four-bladed main and tail rotors.
