THE GIRALDEZ INFINITY

GIRALDEZ INFINITY solo is finished with a triple chrome CRplus coating, with a 2ml paint cup and a 0.2mm Fineline head.

Angel wanted Harder & Steenbeck to create an airbrush that would immediately improve the performance of painters of all experience levels and make it easier for them to adopt his airbrushing style. It had to remain accessible and easy to use for ALL artists.

The design goals were for MAXIMUM CONTROL, ACCURACY AND FEEL in miniature painting, particularly when employing Angel’s "colour shading" style – repeatedly turning the air and paint flow on and off to sketch and gradually build up layers of colour in perfect tones, with great detail.

MORE FEELING

Phenomenal direct feel between trigger finger and needle movement and response. This was achieved by re-analyzing every part of the trigger-to-needle connection and optimizing it.

The trigger features a new concept of miniature grease reservoirs built into the bearing surfaces of the needle follower system to provide a smoother and more responsive trigger action than ever before during the longest painting sessions.

MORE ACCURACY

A new concept in stylus guards – the Sketching Caps – help control your distance from the workpiece while providing more visual information from the front of the airbrush to help you perfectly aim your strokes to get the color exactly where you want it.

Sketching attachments allow you to remove dried paint from the tip of the needle by squeezing it. You can't bend the needle - the shape of the sketching attachment is perfectly adapted to the fingers. A clean needle tip prevents paint from clogging the nozzle, making work fast, pleasant and efficient.

MORE CONTROL

The front of the airbrush has been shortened, bringing the hand as close as possible to the workpiece to achieve an intuitive feel for the tool. This photo shows the GIRALDEZ INFINITY with the standard Infinity - the GIRALDEZ is a lower airbrush.

The needle seal is now made from an even lower friction material to provide near zero needle drag and full trigger control. The seal has been moved to fit directly against the paint cup. This allows paint to be removed from the airbrush faster and more accurately than ever before, which also improves the centering of the needle to the nozzle. Sharper lines and finer atomization to create a masterpiece for the modern miniature painter.
