The Hawker "Hunter" fighter is among the best post-war British warplanes. The "Hunter" also was licence-produced in Belgium and the Netherlands and was exported to many countries. The fighter fought in various regional conflicts during the 1960s and ‘70s. The "Hunter" F.1 is the first production-standard variant that entered service with the RAF in 1954. In all, 139 aircraft of the version were manufactured.
