ATOM COLOR Paint Set – German Naval Aviation Marineflieger Camouflage

This set has been developed for painting models of German Naval Aviation (Marineflieger) aircraft and helicopters. It includes essential colors for reproducing camouflage schemes used from the formation of the service in 1956 to the present day.

The set contains four ATOM COLOR acrylic paints carefully selected for schemes used on aircraft such as the F-104 Starfighter, Westland Sea Lynx, and Panavia Tornado IDS. It simplifies color selection and helps modelers achieve an accurate, consistent finish.

ATOM paints feature a water-based formula that combines ease of use with excellent durability and coverage. They are suitable for both brush and airbrush application. Their self-levelling properties help produce a smooth finish, while their fast drying time makes subsequent modelling stages easier. Once fully dry, the paint film allows the use of various modelling products, including acrylics, lacquers, enamels, and decal-setting solutions.

The paints come in transparent 20 ml bottles with a convenient vertical dropper cap that can be opened and closed with one hand. They can be applied directly from the bottle or thinned with ATOM Thinner and Cleaner or ATOM Thinner and Cleaner with Retarder. The manufacturer describes them as odourless and environmentally friendly.
