This set of paints has been developed for painting figures with tropical uniforms that were used by German Army units in Africa, called Deutsche Afrika Korps (D.A.K.), as well as other German units that served in the MTO during WW2. These uniforms were widely used by German soldiers of all branches, including regulars, paratroopers, air force personnel, and other branches of troop. In this set, you will find the basic colors for these uniforms, which can be mixed to create a whole range of shades, depending on the origin you wish to depict. Paints are matte, of extremely high quality, and their covering and drying abilities are designed to maximise your potential for figure painting. They can be applied with a brush and also an airbrush, diluting them first with our specific thinners for acrylic paints. The color formulation is based on original photographs and surviving uniforms, allowing you to easily replicate the color and shades that were made famous by these uniforms.
